1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents.

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

  • Products that are not in their original condition or missing parts.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Wait for our response with instructions. If approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up or ask you to ship it to our return address.

4. Refunds

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis:

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.

  • If your return is approved, we will either:

    • Send you a replacement product

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please:

  • Take photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

6. Cancellations

As we only offer Cash on Delivery, orders can be canceled before shipment by emailing [email protected]. Once the item is out for delivery, cancellations will not be accepted.
